During the operation of the weighing coal feeder, abnormalities often occur due to coal blockage, mainly including coal blockage at the inlet, coal blockage inside the shell, and coal blockage at the outlet. The blockage of coal in the shell and outlet can cause the coal feeder shell to be filled with powdered coal. In severe cases, the direction of the weighing coal feeder adhesive may deviate, the rolling bearings may be damaged, and the equipment may not operate properly, even shut down. This will seriously affect the normal coal supply of the heating furnace and also add to the workload of the operators. How to handle the situation of coal blockage in the weighing coal feeder?
1. If the coal supply control system fails and there is too much coal supply, the coal supply should be quickly reduced or the coal feeder should be terminated. If oil injection or low-temperature plasma combustion is required.
2. When there is excessive impurities in the slag extractor, the discharge of coal particles is not in place, and the coal is full, it is necessary to lift the discharge of coal particles.
3. If the exhaust air volume is slightly low and cannot be adjusted properly, the primary exhaust air volume should be adjusted appropriately to carry out natural ventilation.
4. Design a scientifically reasonable outlet specification to prevent coal from flowing into the blind area, which can prevent coal blockage at the outlet of the shell.
5. It is possible to assemble a coal blockage alarm system, which immediately sends out the coal blockage alarm system in case of coal blockage, facilitating proper handling and further expanding the coal blockage situation, endangering the normal start-up of equipment.
