The quantitative coal feeder is to use the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of eccentric block in the vibrator to force the screen box, vibrator and other parts to carry out continuous Circular motion motion or approximate Circular motion. As the sieve box moves, the material will continue to swing onto the inclined sieve surface and be continuously and evenly delivered to the receiving port. If the base plate and materials move forward, the materials in the material warehouse will fill the space inside the body. If the bottom plate moves backwards, the material on the bottom plate will not be able to return and will be blocked and discharged to achieve feeding. When in use, the amplitude, frequency, and height of the discharge door of the bottom plate can be adjusted to adjust the feeding amount.
The general feeding rate is within 40 tons/hour. This quantitative coal feeder is suitable for small and medium-sized materials, mainly including slot type and swing type. The bottom plate of the trough coal feeder is flat and moves back and forth during operation. The bottom plate of the swinging coal feeder is curved and hinged on the machine body, swinging during operation.
The feeder consists of a guide sleeve, a rotating disc, and a scraper. The coal in the coal bunker should be stacked on a disc with a wear-resistant lining plate through a dumping sleeve. When the disc rotates, the scraper scrapes out the coal and completes the feeding process. By adjusting the position of the scraper and the height of the guide sleeve, the coal feeding amount can be changed. The disc coal feeder operates stably and reliably, with convenient adjustment of coal supply and low energy consumption. However, it has a heavy structure and is generally suitable for powder or granular materials with low viscosity.
Some quantitative coal feeders are composed of a casing and an impeller, and the feeding ports at both ends of the casing are connected to the material warehouse and receiving equipment respectively. The impeller rotates around the horizontal axis, and when the impeller rotates half a circle, the material enters the impeller cavity and enters the receiving device. The modified coal feeder has a simple structure, small volume, light weight, and good coal sealing, making it suitable for small powder materials.
