When the scale body is installed, all protective devices can be released and the counterweight iron adjusted so that the weight frame is balanced even when the weight sensor is not in contact with the pressure bar, and the cross springs are perpendicular to each other.
Four, zero adjustment: the mechanical zero of the quantitative feeding scale and the material on the belt scale weighing section can be transferred to the load sensor through the sensor press frame and weighing frame. The pressure head bolt should be installed on the pressure frame of the sensor, and then the nut should be tightened. Air balance can be achieved by adjusting the position of the counterweight iron and then adjusting the head bolt so that the pressure head can be gently pressed against the contact point of the load sensor. Generally speaking, the mechanical zero point of the scale body of the quantitative coal feeder is 5% of the rated load of the sensor. After setting the mechanical zero point, the locking nut must be used to lock the head bolt to prevent it from loosening.
